We’re a small team based in Denmark. When you write, you write to a person who knows the product — not a ticket queue. Most replies arrive within a few hours during European business hours (Monday to Friday, 9-17 CET).

If something is broken in production and your business is affected: include “URGENT” in the subject line. We monitor those throughout the day.

For Pro+ customers and existing partners. Solo and Pro brokers: email is faster — we typically reply within hours, whereas phone calls only get answered during a narrower window.
What we cannot help with over email
- Formal boat surveys — we provide market valuations only. For pre-purchase inspection, condition assessment, or insurance valuation that holds up in court, you need a certified marine surveyor.
- Boat sales transactions — we are a data provider, not a brokerage. We do not list boats, broker deals, or take commissions.
- Investment advice — historical price trends are not predictions. Consult an authorised financial adviser for purchase decisions involving financing.
Press and partnership enquiries
For press, podcast appearances, or partnership conversations (data sharing, white-label, integrations), email Kim directly with “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject line. We have a one-page company fact sheet available on request — covering team size, technology stack, data sources, and the European broker market we serve.
Response-time expectations
- Solo and Pro tiers: typically within a few hours during business days, sometimes faster
- Pro+ tier: priority — replies within one business day, often the same day
- Enterprise contracts: dedicated account contact with SLA
- Out of hours (evenings, weekends, Danish public holidays): best effort. Urgent production issues still get attention; non-urgent enquiries roll over to the next working day
Data and security questions
If you have questions about how we handle your data, how data flows through our system, or how to exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability), email kim@aiboatbuddy.com with “GDPR” in the subject line. We respond within the GDPR-mandated 30 days, typically within one week.
