Pricing questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You provide a card at sign-up but are not charged during the 14 days. If you cancel before day 15 (or your card cannot be charged), your subscription pauses automatically — no surprise charges, no support call needed.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Prorated automatically. No phone calls needed.
Where does the boat data come from?
12 European listing platforms (Boats.com, YachtWorld, TheYachtMarket, Yachtfocus, Apolloduck, Boot24, Yachtall, Rightboat, Scanboat, BoatTrader, BoatShop24, Yachtworld EU) — refreshed daily. Cross-source aggregation gives broader market view than single-source competitors.
Is my client data secure?
Yes. We’re GDPR-compliant, store no client PII, and you can delete API logs anytime via the dashboard.
Where is my data stored?
All customer data is on EU infrastructure: primary servers in Denmark, payments via Stripe Ireland, transactional email via Google Workspace EU regions. We are GDPR-compliant and registered with Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Authority).
Can I resell or redistribute the API data?
No — the API license is for internal business use only. You may build internal tools, valuations, and reports for your clients, but raw responses may not be resold or used to train competing models. See our Terms & Conditions §3.7 for details.
